Job summary

KBR, Inc. seeks a US Space Force (USSF) Operational Requirements Analyst, PNT SME, to support the Pentagon-based USSF Headquarters CSRO, S5/8, Directorate of Space Requirements (S5R). You will interface with JCI/ JROC, author and assess capability development documents, and advise senior leadership on capability actions.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance, 13+ years in related fields, and experience with space acquisitions and AI tools. On-site at the Pentagon with standard U.S.

Qualifications

• DOD TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree plus 10+ years related experience in defense space.
• Master's degree in a relevant field preferred.
• 13+ years in Ops/engineering/scientific/analysis/policy related to Defense Space (HQ AF/SAF/Joint Staff within past 3 years).
• Experience with space system acquisitions and staffing tools such as TMT, KM/DS.
• Experience with AI tools and operational analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support USSF Headquarters CSRO S5/8 in capability development products (CDRs, MARDs, RPRDs, SRDs).
• Interface with JCI and participate in JROC processes (FCB/JCB) as USSF representative.
• Advise senior leadership on capability development actions with S5/8.
• Synthesize data analytics to assess and feedback on program artifacts across the requirements branch.
