Job summary

KBR is seeking a US Space Force (USSF) Operational Requirements Analyst (PNT SME) to work at the Pentagon. You will support the USSF Headquarters Staff, preparing capability development documents and briefing senior leaders.

Collaboration with multiple boards and DoD processes is required to deliver space capabilities for Joint and multi‑domain operations. The role requires a TS/SCI clearance, a Bachelor's degree with 10+ years in defense/space, and readiness for on-site work at the Pentagon

Qualifications

• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent plus 10+ years in DoD/space domain.
• Ability to plan, organize, lead and execute requirements projects and brief senior leadership.
• Knowledge of space-based navigation systems and space operations.

Responsibilities

• Interface with Joint Capabilities Integration process (JCI).
• Participate in JROC process and attend Functional/JCB boards as USSF rep.
• Draft, edit and assess capability development documents (CDRs, MARDs, RPRD, SRD).
• Advise leadership on capabilities development actions with S5/8.
• Synthesize data analytics to feedback on program artifacts.
