KBR is seeking a Manpower and Systems Analyst who will bridge astrodynamics, engineering studies, and strategic force design. You will gather complex analyses from across the space enterprise, identify gaps, and package actionable recommendations for senior USSF leaders.

This role emphasizes relationship-building, trust across diverse staffs, and influencing Space Force decisions. On-site position with significant collaboration and leadership exposure.

Qualifications

• Master of Science degree in operations research, data science, or related technical field.
• 6–10 years of experience in related roles.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Proven ability to navigate complex bureaucratic environments and build consensus.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office; ability to learn military analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the central hub translating raw analytical data into operational reality.
• Perform gap analysis, digest studies, and synthesize information across the fielded and programmed force.
• Collaborate with HQ and mission partners to obtain documentation and align stakeholders.
• Translate complex technical data into concise briefing slides and executive memos for senior leadership.
