Job summary

The Boeing Company in El Segundo, California seeks a Program Manager for Studies & Proposals to lead the competitive study phase for a next-generation NSCP system. You will manage cross‑functional teams, engage with government customers, and help shape pre‑award opportunities.

Ideal candidates bring leadership experience, top‑secret/SCI clearance, and 5+ years in space systems. Travel up to 10% domestically may be required as part of program objectives.

Qualifications

• At least one year in a leadership role or completion of a Boeing leadership course.
• Active U.S. Top Secret/SCI security clearance required.
• More than 5 years of experience on satellite ground/spacecraft systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead study phase and drive System Design Review with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Develop relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate inputs for new business proposals across Boeing units.
• Present NSCP status, accomplishments, and future plans to government customers.
• Guide internally funded R&D efforts to deliver differentiated solutions.
