The candidate will bring 5+ years of leadership, budget analysis, and strategic planning, with DoD experience and a Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• More than 5 years of experience managing or leading people or teams.
• More than 5 years of experience performing budget or cost performance analysis.
• More than 5 years of experience developing and deploying organizational strategies and leading long-range business plan processes.
• More than 5 years of experience communicating, collaborating, and building consensus with internal and external stakeholders.
• More than 5 years of experience preparing and presenting to executives, senior leadership, and external customers.
• More than 5 years of experience working with Military or DoD customers.
• Experience with profit and loss accountability.

Responsabilités

• Serves as single-face-to-the-customer for Senior Manager, Phantom Works Space, focusing on modernization, prototyping, and advanced concept development within the space domain.
• Supports the Space Phantom Works business portfolio in pursuit of future franchises and capabilities in alignment with the LRBP.
• Establishes a clear portfolio mission and vision, develops an operating plan and principles, and manages the Phantom Works Space Division, including goal setting and employee engagement.
• Manages all aspects of program execution, including overseeing subcontracts and ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Interfaces directly with the Senior Manager, Phantom Works Space and maintains seamless communications with internal Division project/program managers, executives, and local officials, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success in advancing space technologies and solutions.
