Job summary

Bath & Body Works seeks a Space Planning Analyst in Columbus, OH to support micro space planning and assortment planning initiatives. You will analyze data, maintain planograms, and drive display productivity with cross-functional partners.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in finance/accounting/business and strong Excel/BI tool proficiency, plus retail math and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Preference given to those with space planning, merchandising or store operations experience.
• Strong analytical and retail math aptitude is expected.
• Proficient data management and MS Office suite skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist space planning and assortment processes for assigned sub-brands.
• Create and maintain planograms and assortment databases.
• Run routine reporting and ad hoc analyses to improve space productivity.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Visual Merchandising and Inventory teams.
