Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, merchandising, marketing, analytics, supply chain, retail management, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2-4 years of relevant space planning, merchandising, or category management experience.
• Experience with NIQ Spaceman, Blue Yonder/JDA or similar tools is preferred.
• Strong analytical, Excel and PowerPoint skills; SQL knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Developing and Maintaining Planograms: create, revise, version, and publish planograms for assigned Consumer Health categories.
• Executing the Reset Calendar: manage calendar-driven category resets and assortment changes.
• Translating Category Strategy into Shelf Execution: convert strategy into executable shelf layouts.
• Maintaining Product and Planogram Data: validate item data and images for accuracy.
• Conducting Space to Sales Analysis: use sales, inventory and market data to evaluate productivity.
• Monitoring Inventory Readiness: review planogram item availability and coordinate substitutions.
• Improving Processes and Documentation: develop SOPs, templates, and file structures.
• Partnering Across Functions: collaborate with CM, Planning, Marketing, Supply Chain and Sales.
• Supporting Business Reviews: prepare planogram metrics and risk/opportunity summaries.
