Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of related experience or 10+ years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Strong budgeting/accounting experience and knowledge of industry best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, strong data analysis and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Interface with leadership and internal construction management to create project budget.
• Dynamically and graphically report on space data, including building and department areas, usable square footage, inventory of space types, occupancy & vacancies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
