Job summary

The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center is seeking a Senior Project Manager Space Planning to lead complex space planning, facilities renovation, and capital initiatives within Academic Affairs. You will partner with Academic Affairs leadership, Facilities Management, and other stakeholders to align space utilization with institutional priorities and growth.

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5 years of project management/construction experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and execution of complex space planning and facilities initiatives.
• Oversee renovation, infrastructure, occupancy, and capital planning projects with scope, schedules, budgets, and stakeholder coordination.
• Coordinate with Academic Affairs leadership, departments, Research Operations, and Facilities Management to assess space needs and develop space utilization recommendations.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, status reports, and executive-level communications for leadership review.
