Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Supply Chain Manager, Procurement & Sourcing to own end-to-end procurement and supplier management. You will lead Buyers, Sourcing Engineers, and Subcontract Managers across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Program Management to secure supply continuity and cost optimization while enabling scalable production.

You will develop sourcing strategies, negotiate MSAs, manage cradle-to-grave procurement, and drive data-driven performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, business, finance, or related field.
5+ years in supply chain in manufacturing, with complex mechanical/electrical assembly.
2+ years in a leadership/managerial position.
Experience reading drawings/blueprints for procurement.
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills across all levels.
Familiarity with leading ERP systems.
Ability to travel up to 20%.
Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. TS security clearance.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of supply chain professionals.
Develop and implement supply chain strategies for continuity, quality, efficiency, and cost optimization at scale.
Negotiate MSAs to establish pricing, quality, and service terms.
Build and maintain supplier relationships; optimize the Approved Supplier List.
