Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Supply Chain Manager, Procurement & Sourcing to lead end-to-end procurement operations and supplier management across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Program Management. You will develop sourcing strategies, negotiate MSAs, and drive cost optimization while ensuring supply continuity to support rapid expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of supply chain experience in progressive roles within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years in a leadership or managerial position.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of supply chain professionals including Buyers, Sourcing Engineers, and Subcontract Managers.
• Provide hands-on training, coaching, and mentorship to build team capability and expertise.
• Hire world-class talent to support the rapid expansion of the team.
• Drive organizational consistency and expectations through KPIs.
