Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Supply Chain Manager, Procurement & Sourcing to own end‑to‑end procurement operations and lead a team of Buyers, Sourcing Engineers, and Subcontract Managers. You will develop sourcing strategies for supply continuity, cost optimization, and quality while enabling scalable business growth.

You will negotiate MSAs, manage cradle‑to‑grave procurement, and drive performance via data‑driven KPIs, supporting both engineering development and production planning with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of supply chain experience in progressive roles within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial position.
• Experience with technical procurement, including the ability to read drawings and blueprints.
• Travel up to 20%; eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. TS security clearance.

• Provide hands‑on training, coaching, and mentorship to build team capability and expertise.
