Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Global Sourcing Manager to architect robust, high-performance supply chains for defense technology.

You'll lead end-to-end category strategies, build a domestic and international supplier base, and negotiate MSAs, SOWs, LTAs, and pricing while partnering with Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing to ensure on-schedule parts qualification and cost targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 10+ years in global sourcing or supplier management in high-tech/manufactured environments.
• Strong knowledge of contract law, should-cost modeling, and complex deals.
• Proven track record building global supplier bases and scaling supply from prototype to high-rate production.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end category strategies across assigned categories to meet program timelines.
• Identify, qualify, onboard suppliers; manage relationships via QBRs and scorecards.
• Lead complex negotiations of MSAs, SOWs, LTAs, pricing, and NRE terms.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing during NPI to ensure design-to-cost alignment.
• Identify single points of failure and implement dual-source or vertical integration strategies.
