Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA, seeks a Product Sourcing Program Manager to drive transparency and velocity across our end-to-end hardware supply chain. You will partner with Sourcing Engineers, SIE, planners, and production leads to turn procurement and inventory data into actionable intelligence.

You’ll build production dashboards, perform root-cause analyses, track BOM maturity and tooling readiness during New Product Introduction, and synthesize data into concise executive briefings

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in data analytics, supply chain management, or operations analysis with a heavy focus on reporting, data modeling, and business intelligence.
• Proficiency with advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and modern BI platforms (Palantir Foundry, Databricks, Power BI).
• Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP logic, BOM structures, lead-time variances, and inventory turns.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build production dashboards and automated reporting to track supply chain metrics.
• Perform root-cause analysis on delivery bottlenecks and supplier capacity to mitigate risks.
• Bridge Engineering & Procurement during NPI to track BOM maturity and tooling readiness.
• Synthesize data into concise executive briefings for operational leadership.
• Scale analytics by formalizing procedures and automating workflows across the supply chain.
