MCW is seeking a Sourcing Specialist II to manage routine procurement documents, collaborate with departmental customers, and drive compliance across spend categories in a healthcare setting. The role emphasizes supplier relationships, negotiations, and contract implementation while supporting continuous process improvements.

The position requires strong communication, analytical thinking, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment to enhance the purchasing experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; experience in purchasing/sourcing preferred.
• 5 years in purchasing/sourcing or analytics; 7–10 years preferred.
• Experience coordinating with departments and suppliers; strong compliance mindset.

Responsabilités

• Review requisitions and purchase orders for compliance with MCW policies and IRS rules.
• Execute purchasing transactions and maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Collaborate with customers and suppliers to understand needs and present sourcing solutions.
• Lead RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, and contract implementations; communicate outcomes to stakeholders.
• Participate in supplier reviews and monitor supplier performance and issues.
• Identify opportunities to standardize products and improve processes.
