Job summary

MCW is seeking a Contract Analyst to review, track, and facilitate procurement contracts, administer supplier agreements, and provide spend analytics to support sourcing and negotiations. The role emphasizes collaboration with departments to address contracting needs and maintain accurate lifecycle records.

Key duties include developing metrics, ensuring compliance, and supporting the contract repository with governance and reporting tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Bachelor's degree.
• Up to 2 years of purchasing and spend analytics experience.
• Experience in higher education or research environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate routine contracts and amendments.
• Administer cooperative purchasing organization contracts for MCW.
• Analyze supplier contracts for cost savings, pricing, and compliance.
• Develop contract performance metrics and dashboards.
• Perform spend analysis to support sourcing strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align contract requirements with goals.
• Maintain contract records and CLM data integrity.
