Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent experience.
• 5 years in purchasing/sourcing or analytics.
• 7-10 years’ experience in sourcing and purchasing initiatives preferred. Higher education experience beneficial.

Aufgaben

• Review requisitions, purchase orders, and procurement documents to ensure compliance with MCW policies and audit standards.
• Analyze business requirements with departments and suppliers; coordinate supplier demonstrations and events as needed.
• Lead RFIs, RFPs, RFQs; create evaluation matrices; lead negotiations; oversee contract implementation.
• Participate in Supplier Business Reviews to align supplier performance with MCW needs.
• Evaluate and administer cooperative purchasing agreements; conduct market and pricing analyses.
• Identify opportunities to standardize products, services, and supplier relationships.
• Resolve supplier-related quality, service, pricing, and delivery issues for stakeholders.
• Advise departments on MCW procurement policies and procedures; support compliance.
• Identify, develop, and implement process improvements to enhance purchasing efficiency.
• Promote use of approved contracts and preferred suppliers across MCW.
