Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 5 years of supply management experience with focus on strategic sourcing.
• Experience in regulated industries and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of strategies for assigned categories.
• Lead cross-functional teams to create strategic category plans.
• Conduct sourcing analyses, cost analyses, and contract strategy development.
• Negotiate, establish, monitor, and enforce supplier contracts.
• Develop and benchmark supplier best practices and assess supply base risk.
• Coordinate scorecards and business reviews with key suppliers.
