Job summary

JLL seeks a Specialist, Strategic Sourcing to lead IFM services category strategy and sourcing initiatives for a dedicated client account. You will own end-to-end RFx processes, negotiate contracts, and drive cost savings with supplier consolidation and best-value approaches.

In this role, you will leverage advanced Excel skills, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with Sourcing, Facility, and Finance teams to deliver compliant, high-impact results.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of strategic sourcing experience for services or indirect categories (facility services highly desired).
• Must be consistently available during standard business hours (e.g., MST) with reliable access to desk, computer, phone, email, and video conferencing.
• Ability to independently lead complex RFx processes from cradle to grave.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
• Experience with IFM or facilities-related procurement categories preferred.
• Experience with JLL procurement systems (Jaggaer, Corrigo, Aravo) highly desired.
• Excellent customer service, ability to manage multiple projects.
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead RFx processes (RFI, RFP, RFQ) from initiation through award and contract execution.
• Develop scopes of work, evaluation criteria, and structured timelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure governance, documentation, and compliance.
• Analyze spend data, supplier performance, and cost structures to drive value.
• Negotiate, draft, and execute supplier contracts within the category.
• Ensure timely transition to operations during implementation.
