Job summary

JLL is seeking a Specialist in Strategic Sourcing to optimize managed services and sourcing strategies for our Integrated Facilities client. You will lead supplier relations, develop sourcing plans, and manage RFPs/bids to drive cost savings and sustainability.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in strategic sourcing, strong communication skills, and proficiency with procurement tools. The role supports multiple US locations with remote flexibility and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of strategic sourcing experience for services or indirect categories (facility services preferred).
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and analytical abilities.
• Proven track record of excellent internal and external customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Integrated Facilities client and internal stakeholders for optimization of sourcing operations.
• Lead sourcing initiatives, build out standardized processes, and manage RFPs/bids.
• Coordinate with client teams to drive cost savings, supplier consolidation, and sustainability.
