Job summary

JLL is seeking an Advanced Sourcing Specialist to lead complex RFx initiatives and strategic sourcing during client transitions. You will manage RFP/RFI/RFQ processes end-to-end, develop tender documentation, and coordinate supplier evaluations.

The role requires strong negotiation, market analysis, and data-driven decision making to deliver measurable savings. Responsibilities include due diligence, contract leadership with Legal, and ongoing performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of strategic sourcing with RFx experience.
• Proven end-to-end RFx campaign execution with multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Strong RFx methodology, tender docs, evaluation frameworks, and scoring.
• Contract frameworks with SOWs and pricing; detail oriented.
• Excellent negotiation in multi-stakeholder settings, especially under time pressure.
• Ability to manage complex timelines with multiple stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and able to drive initiatives independently.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office with advanced Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute multiple RFx processes (RFP/RFI/RFQ) during transitions.
• Develop tender documentation with scope, criteria and commercial terms.
• Coordinate supplier engagement, Q&A, evaluations and recommendations.
• Perform bid analysis using total cost of ownership and risk scoring.
• Conduct due diligence, market analysis, and supplier assessments.
• Draft and negotiate complex vendor agreements with Legal & Risk teams.
• Provide market intelligence to inform RFx strategy and decisions.
• Collect data, model costs, and benchmark to inform recommendations.
• Identify and report cost savings opportunities and outcomes.
• Monitor timelines and ensure day-one readiness and milestones.
