Job summary

Cintas Corporation in Mason, OH is seeking a Sourcing Specialist to develop, implement, and manage a robust sourcing strategy in partnership with recruiters and Talent Acquisition Leadership to attract high‑quality candidates.

Responsibilities include building candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, social channels, and targeted campaigns; analyzing data to optimize strategies; and ensuring alignment with diversity initiatives and EasyApply postings.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet.
• Experience with Affimitive Action plans and major sourcing platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Track and analyze sourcing data to measure effectiveness and optimize processes.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand needs and candidate profiles.
• Build candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, email campaigns, and passive candidate engagement.
• Identify and engage talent across channels (social media groups, networks, referrals).
• Manage EasyApply postings and align with Diversity initiatives.
