Job summary

The role focuses on building pipelines through direct sourcing, social networks, and campaigns, while ensuring compliance with laws and company policies.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED, with a preference for a bachelor’s degree and experience with Microsoft Office and sourcing

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet.

Responsibilities

• Developing, implementing, and managing innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Tracking and analyzing sourcing data to measure effectiveness and optimize processes.
• Partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to understand needs and candidate profiles.
• Building candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, email campaigns, and long-term passive candidate engagement.
• Identify and build talent pipelines for critical roles via social networks, talent communities, referrals, and professional networks.
• Manage EasyApply postings in compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
