Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead a team responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing service providers for outsourced services. You will support a client or department with the development and execution of sourcing strategies.

This role is part of the Procurement function, focusing on sourcing and purchasing goods, services, or materials from vendors. Collaboration with stakeholders and regional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3–5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• C.P.M., C.P.S.M. or N.A.C.M. certifications or eligibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees and oversee the recruiting and hiring of new staff.
• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities and cross-train staff across stakeholders.
• Set and track staff and department deadlines; mentor and coach as needed.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and maintain contracts for goods and services.
• Review contract terminations, expirations, extensions, and renewals; inform peers and management of changes.
• Manage supplier and contractor certification; review vendor performance.
• Mentor and educate on outsourcing practices and value creation.
• Analyze facility management services spend and supplier performance to identify value opportunities.
• Assist with creating RTFs, selecting solutions, negotiating; maintain contracts with national/regional providers.
• Lead by example and uphold CBRE RISE values; handle sensitive issues.
• Apply knowledge of the discipline to broader team objectives.
• Identify and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues in processes.
