Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Sourcing Manager to lead procurement for outsourced services for a large manufacturing client. You will analyze account-wide spend, negotiate with suppliers, manage supplier relationships, and drive cost optimization as part of the Procurement function.

Some travel will be required. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), and professional certifications (C.P.M./C.P.S.M./N.A.C.M.).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• C.P.M., C.P.S.M. or N.A.C.M. certifications or eligibility preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Analyze account-wide facility management services spend, suppliers, operations, and statement of works to identify opportunities for value creation.
• Analyze forecasts, market trends, and business conditions to identify risks, opportunities, and cost optimization strategies.
• Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives to deliver spend savings and glidepath targets.
• Lead supplier relationship management, including QBRs, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with client principles, policies, and ethical standards across supplier engagements.
• Review PO data for contract compliance and audit discrepancies.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and maintain contracts for goods and services (hard & soft services).
• Mentor on outsourcing practices and contracting approaches.
