Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Procurement Manager to source, negotiate, and manage service providers for outsourced services across client portfolios. You will support development and execution of complex sourcing strategies and negotiate large contracts.

You will lead a team, coordinate with stakeholders, and contribute to bids, RFI/RFP content, and supplier negotiations. Strong analytics and vendor management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5+ years in sourcing, procurement, or contract management.
• C.P.M., C.P.S.M. or NACM certifications preferred.
• Proficiency in Smartsheet, Excel, and Power BI.
• Strong analytical skills: benchmark spend, model options, and present findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff: training, evaluations, and coaching.
• Coordinate daily team activities and set deadlines.
• Develop and coordinate procurement strategies with stakeholders.
• Draft, review, and manage global and regional contracts.
• Lead procurement for client accounts from pre-award to go-live.
• Contribute to bids and RFI/RFP content and client presentations.
• Serve as procurement SME in client-facing settings.
• Build category sourcing strategies across lab instrument services and consumables.
• Conduct market analyses and spend analytics to identify savings.
• Maintain supplier relationships and ensure contract terms compliance.
• Lead contract transitions and vendor changes discussions.
• Provide reporting through Smartsheet dashboards and Power BI.
