Job summary

Quad/Graphics in Flower Mound, TX is seeking an Account Manager, Sourcing Solutions to partner with clients and cross-functional teams to grow and retain business. You will serve as the main client contact, deliver print marketing solutions, support pitches, manage supplier partnerships, and oversee end-to-end sourcing and order execution.

You will lead a team to assist with daily projects, develop client-facing reports and proposals, and maintain proactive communication to ensure project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, communications, marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years coordinating with suppliers across print methods.
• 5+ years of client-facing print marketing experience.
• 3+ years purchasing large print programs.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow Quad’s Sourcing Solutions offering by partnering with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Provide clients with innovative ideas, materials expertise, and creative solutions to support marketing objectives.
• Contribute to retention and incremental growth of assigned accounts with presentations, estimates, and proposals.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers, ensuring alignment with program needs.
• Develop client-facing report outs, ideation decks, and quotes for new opportunities.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients, gathering requirements and providing timely updates.
