Job summary

Quad/Graphics in Wisconsin is seeking an Account Manager, Sourcing Solutions to partner with clients and cross-functional teams to grow and retain business. You will serve as the main client contact and lead the end-to-end sourcing and order-execution process.

You will manage supplier partnerships, deliver marketing print solutions, and guide strategy implementation while overseeing a team and coordinating with the Sourcing Solutions leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working with suppliers across print methods and product categories.
• 5+ years of experience working with clients on print marketing initiatives.
• 3+ years of experience purchasing and/or managing large print programs.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow Quad’s Sourcing Solutions offering by partnering with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Provide clients with innovative ideas, materials expertise, and creative solutions to support marketing objectives.
• Contribute to retention and incremental growth of assigned accounts with persuasive presentations and proposals.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers aligned with program needs.
• Develop client-facing report outs, ideation decks, and quotes for new opportunities.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients, gathering requirements and updates throughout projects.
• Manage approved quotes and projects through order and delivery phases, overseeing production and logistics.
• Oversee inventory programs for clients to ensure accuracy and availability.
• Participate in client engagements to resolve transactional and program order issues.
• Collaborate with leaders to expand accounts by introducing new services and growth opportunities.
