Job summary

Quad/Graphics seeks a Director Client Services to lead the Client Services team, ensuring project quality and client satisfaction across key accounts. You will drive growth by expanding services and optimizing profitability, while guiding on-site staff and coordinating with internal teams.

The role requires a decade in account management with strong leadership, strategic thinking, and impactful stakeholder engagement, in a fast-paced marketing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, communication, marketing or related field required (MBA a plus).
• Experience: Minimum 10 years in account management; at least 8 years in management.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, budgeting and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Client Services teams to meet client expectations and grow within key accounts.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across online and offline channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with client senior management.
• Oversee account staffing, budgets, and profitability to ensure service levels.
