Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. seeks a Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead procurement for Treasury, Payments and Financial Services. You will drive RFx processes, contract negotiations, and supplier governance, partnering with banking partners, processors, and business leaders to reduce cost and risk.

You will develop data-driven sourcing strategies, manage supplier life cycles, and build relationships across finance, legal, IT, and operations to support key initiatives and value creation for the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2+ years of sourcing experience preferred.
• Experience supporting Treasury, Payments, and Financial Services programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing priorities with cross-functional stakeholders and define requirements.
• Develop data-driven sourcing strategies using spend, pricing and TCO.
• Manage RFx development, supplier shortlisting, negotiations and contract drafting.
• Coordinate with banking partners, payment processors, and program partners for implementation and governance.
• Monitor market and regulatory trends impacting Treasury, Payments and Financial Services programs.
• Support vendor governance, risk review and executive reporting.
• Mentor and develop sourcing team members as applicable.
