Job summary

7‑Eleven is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead procurement across Treasury, Payments and Financial Services, including banking partners, gift cards, kiosks, and digital payments. You will craft requirements, issue RFx, evaluate proposals, negotiate contracts, and drive value through cost reduction and risk mitigation.

The role requires strong data-driven decision making, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to build supplier relationships while managing contract lifecycles

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2+ years of sourcing experience preferred.
• Experience with Treasury, payments, and financial services procurement.
• Proficient in bid analysis, pricing, and total cost of ownership.

Responsibilities

• Define sourcing priorities with cross-functional leaders.
• Develop data-driven sourcing strategies and recommendations.
• Support RFx development, proposal evaluation, and contract negotiations.
• Coordinate with banking partners, processors, tech providers for implementation.
• Monitor market trends affecting Treasury and Payments programs.
• Provide governance, reporting, and risk summaries.
