Job summary

7-Eleven seeks an Associate Sourcing Manager to drive procurement of store equipment and related services, including asset protection, across its retail network. You will lead sourcing events, evaluate proposals and negotiate favorable terms with suppliers.

In this role you’ll partner with business stakeholders to improve cost, quality and service levels while ensuring adherence to sourcing policies and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 3+ years required.

Responsibilities

• Executes sourcing processes including data/spend analysis, bidding, contract negotiations and execution.
• Builds relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to support sourcing goals.
• Leads RFx events, bid analysis and negotiation strategies.
• Negotiate contracts and renewals to optimize spend and terms.
• Identify potential suppliers and perform market research.
• Support legal in key contract negotiations and remedies.
• Present financial analyses and recommendations clearly.
