Job summary

BCD Travel is seeking a Manager, Strategic Sourcing Americas to lead regional and global sourcing initiatives across products and services. The role includes supplier negotiations, contract management, renewals, and supplier relationship management, with a focus on delivering measurable commercial value.

You will partner with stakeholders to develop procurement documentation (RFIs, RFPs) and align with internal policies, while driving strategic sourcing initiatives on a global scale and enabling

Qualifications

• Prior Supply Chain Management experience.
• Experience with technology, telecommunications, HR and other sourcing engagements.
• Strong business knowledge.
• Effective spoken and written communication in English.
• Ability to travel domestically & internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional and global sourcing initiatives for products and services.
• Negotiate terms aggressively and in line with internal policies.
• Manage contract renewal terms and dates with stakeholder involvement.
• Establish SLAs based on stakeholder requirements and industry best practices.
• Build and maintain relationships with business owners, finance, legal, data privacy and security.
• Measure, track and report ROI by engagement for the Director, Strategic Sourcing.
• Lead cross-functional sourcing and supplier-management initiatives.
