Job summary

DRiV seeks a Category Manager, Global Business Services to develop and execute global indirect sourcing strategies across advertising, marketing, fleet, office supplies, and professional services. You will lead RFx events and negotiations, and manage supplier performance to deliver value through savings and working-capital improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management.
• Experience with indirect spend categories and RFx processes.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; familiarity with procurement systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global sourcing strategies for indirect categories.
• Plan and lead RFx events and supplier evaluations.
• Lead negotiations on price, terms, and conditions.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, Risk to develop global/ regional agreements.
• Manage supplier performance and risk; drive continuous improvement.
