Job summary

BMA Group Global seeks an experienced Strategic Sourcing Leader to drive company-wide sourcing initiatives across multiple units and spend categories. You will lead RFQ/RFP processes, negotiate terms, and optimize costs while coordinating with Operations, Finance, Engineering, and Project teams to secure cost, quality, and schedule targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 5–7+ years in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain.
• Experience managing multiple spend categories and supplier networks.
• Proven RFQ/RFP execution, supplier evaluation, and negotiations.
• Track record of cost reductions, working-capital improvements, and optimization.
• Experience with domestic and international suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Lead company-wide strategic sourcing across major spend categories and facilities.
• Develop and implement structured RFQ and RFP methodologies.
• Analyze organizational spend to identify cost-reduction opportunities.
• Develop sourcing strategies based on spend, risk, and business impact.
• Lead bidding, supplier evaluations, and negotiations.
• Onboard domestic and international suppliers and develop dual/multi-sourcing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to protect cost, availability, and schedules.
• Drive cost reduction, PPV improvements, and logistics optimization.
• Partner with Finance to validate savings and provide executive reporting.
• Support procurement planning and contingency strategies.
