Job summary

Epicor is seeking a Procurement Consultant to shape sourcing strategies and lead events across indirect spend such as IT, Marketing, and HR. You will analyze spend, negotiate supplier agreements, and partner with stakeholders to deliver strong business value.

This role demands analytical thinking, ownership, and the ability to navigate ambiguity with autonomy. You will collaborate with Legal, IS, IT, and others to secure favorable terms, develop multi-step negotiation strategies, and present

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supplier management, or a related discipline.
• Experience supporting indirect procurement (IT, Marketing, HR, professional services, etc.).
• Strong negotiation, contract management, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing events using structured RFX methodologies with market research, spend analysis, supplier evaluation, and recommendations.
• Partner with stakeholders to shape sourcing strategies and influence supplier decisions across indirect spend categories.
• Review, draft, and lead negotiations of third-party supplier contracts with Legal, IS, IT and other internal stakeholders to secure favorable terms.
• Develop and execute multi-step negotiation strategies and build business cases showing savings opportunities.
• Proactively manage sourcing strategies, contract events, renewals, and supplier performance.
• Collaborate on category plans, procurement priorities, and broader procurement initiatives.
• Prepare and present sourcing recommendations and financial analysis to stakeholders up to SVP level.
