Job summary

Epicor Software Corporation in Solon, Ohio, is seeking a Procurement Consultant to analyze spend, lead sourcing events, and negotiate supplier agreements across indirect spend categories including IT, Marketing, and HR.

You will collaborate with stakeholders and Legal, Information Security, IT, and other teams to secure favorable terms, develop sourcing strategies, and deliver measurable savings while operating with autonomy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in procurement or strategic sourcing with RFPs
• Experience with indirect procurement including IT/Marketing/HR
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing events using RFX methodologies and market research
• Partner with stakeholders to shape sourcing strategies
• Draft and negotiate third-party supplier contracts with cross-functional teams
• Develop multi-step negotiation strategies and cost-saving recommendations
• Manage sourcing strategies, contracts, renewals, and supplier performance
