Job summary

Epicor in Austin seeks a Procurement Consultant to analyze spend, lead sourcing events, negotiate supplier agreements, and partner with stakeholders to develop strategic sourcing initiatives across IT, Marketing, HR, and other corporate functions.

You will work across indirect categories, manage RFXs, drive savings, and present recommendations up to the Senior Vice President level, with autonomy and analytical rigor in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in procurement or strategic sourcing.
• Experience supporting indirect procurement (IT, Marketing, HR, or professional services).
• Strong negotiation, contract management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and with initiative.
• Comfort solving loosely defined problems and moving work forward.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing events using structured RFX methodologies and conduct market research, spend analysis, supplier evaluation, and recommendations.
• Partner with stakeholders to shape sourcing strategies across indirect spend categories.
• Review, draft, and lead negotiations of third-party supplier contracts with cross-functional teams.
• Develop multi-step negotiation strategies and build business cases showing savings opportunities.
• Proactively manage sourcing strategies, contracts, renewals, and supplier performance.
