Qualifications

• 3+ years in procurement or strategic sourcing with hands-on RFPs.
• Experience supporting indirect procurement (IT, Marketing, HR).
• Strong negotiation, contract management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional influence.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing events using structured RFX methodologies and spend analysis.
• Partner with stakeholders to shape sourcing strategies and influence supplier decisions.
• Review, draft, and lead negotiations of third-party supplier contracts with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and execute multi-step negotiation strategies and savings-focused recommendations.
• Proactively manage sourcing strategies, contract events, renewals, and supplier performance.
• Collaborate on category plans and procurement priorities.
• Prepare and present sourcing recommendations and business cases to leadership.
