Job summary

Epicor, a leading provider of business software, seeks a Procurement Consultant to help shape strategic sourcing and supplier partnerships across indirect spend categories. You will analyze spend, lead sourcing events, and negotiate supplier agreements in collaboration with Legal, IT, and other stakeholders.

You will work with cross-functional teams to develop sourcing strategies, deliver value, and drive savings while operating with autonomy in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supplier management, or related discipline.
• Hands-on experience running RFPs and negotiating with suppliers.
• Experience supporting indirect procurement across IT, Marketing, HR or other corporate spend.
• Strong negotiation, contract management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in evolving environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing events using structured RFX methodologies, with market research, spend analysis, supplier evaluation, and recommendations.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand needs, shape sourcing strategies, and influence supplier decisions across indirect spend.
• Review, draft, and lead negotiations of third-party supplier contracts with Legal, IT, and other stakeholders.
• Develop and execute multi-step negotiation strategies and analyze commercial options for savings.
• Proactively manage sourcing strategies, contract events, renewals, and supplier performance.
• Collaborate on category plans, procurement priorities, and broader procurement improvements.
• Prepare and present sourcing recommendations and financial analyses to stakeholders up to SVP level.
