Job summary

Epicor is seeking a seasoned Procurement professional to lead RFX sourcing events and manage strategic supplier relationships. You will collaborate with stakeholders across IT, HR, Marketing and Legal to shape procurement strategies and negotiate favorable contracts.

You will develop multi-step negotiation plans, analyze savings opportunities, and present business cases to leadership. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-influence skills in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supplier management, or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience running RFPs and negotiating with suppliers.
• Experience supporting indirect procurement across IT, Marketing, HR, or professional services.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing events using structured RFX methodologies (market research, spend analysis, supplier evaluation, recommendations).
• Partner with business stakeholders to shape sourcing strategies and influence supplier decisions across indirect spend.
• Review, draft and lead negotiations of third-party supplier contracts with Legal, IS, IT, and other stakeholders to secure favorable terms.
• Develop and execute multi-step negotiation strategies and analyze commercial options for business value and savings.
• Proactively manage sourcing strategies, contract events, renewals, and supplier performance.
• Collaborate on category plans and procurement priorities with team across functions.
• Prepare and present sourcing recommendations, financial analyses, and business cases up to SVP level.
