Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Business Partner to own the commercial side of its HDO and R&D services portfolio. You will lead end-to-end negotiations, drive contract redlines, template deployment, and renewal strategies while partnering with Legal, Finance, and Security to align terms with risk and value.

You’ll manage vendor performance, run QBRs, create pricing models, and build playbooks powered by AI tools to increase throughput and improve terms across multiple high-impact

Qualifications

• 7+ years of strategic sourcing, vendor management, or commercial negotiation experience.
• Hands-on contract experience with MSAs and SOWs, and template development.
• Track record of leading multi-million dollar services negotiations.
• Strong analytical skills in rate, pricing, and TCO modeling.
• Ability to communicate with executives and manage cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the contract management and template library for HDO and R&D services and renewals.
• Lead pricing, negotiation strategy, and terms across the portfolio.
• Develop AI-powered tools for redlining, benchmarking, and vendor reporting.
• Manage vendor performance through QBRs, SLAs, and escalation processes.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Security to ensure compliant, value-driven agreements.
