Job summary
Honda Development & Manufacturing of America in Marysville, OH seeks a Senior Procurement Specialist in strategic sourcing to manage category spend, run RFIs/RFPs, and negotiate multi-million dollar supplier contracts. You will drive cost savings through market research, TCO analyses, and SRM, collaborating with stakeholders to align procurement with corporate targets.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, finance, or related field.
- 2–5+ years in strategic sourcing, purchasing, or contracting.
- Experience with enterprise procurement software (SAP/Ariba).
- Proven contract negotiation and financial analysis skills.
- Construction or indirect procurement experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end strategic sourcing events and RFPs for indirect procurement.
- Conduct market research and TCO analyses to drive savings.
- Negotiate terms, MSAs, and liability protections with suppliers.
- Monitor vendor KPIs, ensure delivery compliance, and SRM.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align procurement with targets.
