Honda is seeking a Procurement Sr. Specialist to lead category strategies, drive cost reduction, and manage supplier relationships and risk across our sites. You will execute RFIs/RFPs, engage stakeholders, and analyze market trends to optimize spend.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in business, supply chain, finance, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in purchasing/procurement or related field.
• Construction-focused procurement experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own category sourcing strategies and manage supplier relationships across sites.
• Execute sourcing events (RFIs, RFPs) and select suppliers per category strategy.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and supplier trends.
• Support cost analysis, spend reporting, and communicate total cost of ownership to stakeholders.
• Monitor SEQCDM targets and implement countermeasures when needed.
• Lead process improvements and ensure contracts align with category plans.
