Qualifications

• 10+ years in Supply Chain, Purchasing, or Global Procurement
• 5+ years in a strategic procurement leadership role
• Proven track record of managing large direct spend and supplier contracts

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sourcing strategy to hit cost-reduction milestones across categories
• Establish and manage SRM frameworks with critical suppliers for terms, quality, and delivery
• Assess and mitigate supply chain risks, using dual-sourcing and safety stock strategies
• Collaborate with Engineering, NPD, and Operations to align roadmaps with sourcing capacity and pricing
• Build spend analytics, market index trackers, and inventory KPIs to guide decisions
• Draft and enforce MSAs and LTAs to secure pricing stability and risk protection
• Coordinate with Planning/Production to match long-lead material commitments with factory demand
• Travel up to 25% for supplier audits and cross-border trips
