Chobani is seeking a Category Manager for the Fruit Preparation category. You will design and drive category strategies, lead complex RFPs and supplier negotiations, and partner with Innovation, R&D, and NPD teams to launch new products with supplier readiness and capacity alignment.

You will manage multiple sourcing projects, strengthen supplier relationships, and develop metrics to measure supplier and category performance.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years in strategic sourcing, procurement or supplier management.
• 2+ years ingredient sourcing in food ingredients preferred.
• Experience leading sourcing events, negotiations, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen, including should-cost analysis.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

• Develop and execute category strategies for the Fruit Preparation Category.
• Design, manage, and execute RFPs, supplier negotiations, and renewals.
• Collaborate with Innovation, R&D, and NPD for new product launches and supplier readiness.
• Manage multiple sourcing projects with prioritization in a fast-paced setting.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships focused on quality, service, cost & sustainability.
• Monitor market trends, crop conditions, and supply risks to develop mitigation plans.
• Lead issue resolution on supplier performance and capacity constraints.
• Create metrics and reporting to measure supplier and category performance.
• Own supplier scorecards and quarterly business reviews, KPIs and continuous improvement.
• Oversee SAP pricing maintenance and resolve blocked invoices to ensure timely payments.
• Support PPV analysis, budget planning and financial reporting for savings opportunities.
• Drive procurement process improvements to enhance efficiency and collaboration.
