Job summary

Chobani is seeking a seasoned procurement leader to develop and execute category strategies for the Fruit Preparation category, aligning with growth plans and long-term supply-chain requirements. You will design and manage complex sourcing events, RFPs, negotiations, and supplier contracts, coordinating with Innovation, R&D, and NPD teams to ensure supplier readiness and market execution.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
3–5 years in strategic sourcing, procurement, supplier relations, and contract negotiations.
Minimum 2 years ingredient sourcing experience; food ingredients preferred.
Proven ability to lead sourcing events, negotiations, and cross-functional initiatives.
Strong analytical and financial acumen, including should-cost modeling.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
Experience with SAP, Ariba, Excel, Power BI and procurement analytics.
Travel up to 25% to Chobani locations and supplier facilities.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute category strategies for the Fruit Preparation Category.
Design, manage, and execute complex RFPs, supplier negotiations, and contract renewals from strategy development through implementation.
Partner with Innovation, R&D, and NPD teams to launch new products, ensuring supplier readiness, capacity alignment, and market execution.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships while driving accountability for quality, service, cost management, innovation, and sustainability objectives.
Identify market trends, crop conditions, commodity risks, and supply chain disruptions to develop mitigation strategies.
Lead issue resolution related to supplier performance, raw material shortages, and quality concerns.
Develop performance metrics and reporting tools to measure supplier effectiveness and category outcomes.
Own supplier scorecards and quarterly business reviews, including KPI development and continuous improvement.
Own SAP pricing maintenance and coordination of blocked invoices.
Support monthly PPV analysis, budget planning, and financial reporting.
Drive process improvements that enhance procurement efficiency and supplier collaboration.
