Job summary

Chobani seeks a strategic Procurement Manager to lead responsible sourcing initiatives across the enterprise, overseeing supplier onboarding, compliance, and risk assessments. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in relevant field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years in Procurement, Supply Chain, Supplier Risk Management, ESG, or Responsible Sourcing.
• Experience with supplier due diligence and risk assessments.
• Experience with third-party risk monitoring platforms and supplier management systems.
• Experience supporting audit, compliance, or sustainability initiatives; knowledge of SAP a plus.

Responsibilities

• Onboard suppliers and ingredients, ensuring compliance with policies and SRM scorecards.
• Support development and continuous improvement of the Responsible Sourcing Program with dashboards and reporting.
• Lead supplier risk assessments and due diligence; develop mitigation plans with category teams.
• Develop and maintain supplier risk and program dashboards; support ESG and compliance reporting.
• Engage suppliers and train procurement teams; participate in industry benchmarking and partnerships.
