JLL is seeking a Manager, Strategic Sourcing to lead a team of sourcing professionals and drive strategic initiatives for Integrated Facilities and Property Management clients. You will deliver market intelligence, manage supplier relationships, and coordinate regional and national programs.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in strategic sourcing, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a BA/BS degree with MBA preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum five years in strategic sourcing or related experience.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and analytics.
• MBA preferred; Bachelor's degree required.

• Lead team of sourcing professionals to strategic outcomes.
• Be a subject matter expert in support of JLL sourcing strategies and programs.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver benefits.
• Perform market trend analysis and report findings to stakeholders.
• Develop and coordinate regional and national programs.
• Guide supplier relationship and performance programs with key suppliers.
• Support RFP/bid, contracting, and operational processes.
• Manage expectations for internal and external customers.
