Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Manager, Strategic Sourcing to lead a team of sourcing professionals and deliver strategic outcomes for Integrated Facilities and Property Management clients. You will drive supplier relationships, oversee program management, and analyze markets to identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four‑year college or university and/or 5+ years of strategic sourcing or related experience; MBA preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills; ability to influence across levels.
• Experience leading sourcing projects and programs with measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead team of sourcing professionals to strategic outcomes.
• Be a subject matter expert in support of JLL sourcing strategies, supplier relationships, and program management.
• Participate with clients and internal teams to drive immediate and sustained benefits.
• Perform market trend analysis and assess supplier base and industry changes.
• Report analysis to stakeholders in a client-ready form.
• Develop, implement, and coordinate regional and national sourcing programs.
• Support supplier relationship and performance programs for key suppliers.
• Provide guidance on RFP/bid, contracting, and operations processes.
